In an effort to be more sustainable and to do something useful with all those lanyards and badges we keep collecting from numerous events, we’re running a make-a-badge competition. Every attendee is encouraged to make and bring a badge to wear on the day of the event.

The best two badges will each win an awesome prize of a ticket to TEDxCanberra 2011 (which sold out within 48 hours last year…)

The rules: nothing rude, something preferably smaller than your body size

Things to consider including on your badge:

• twitter name
• topics you’re interested in
• any other creative stuff!
